ok so you know how in a lot of commercials to help better our community they say "just one can make a differene"

ITS A LIE!

jesus, there is no way i can do this by myself.

ok so the story is our school district is a little over $50 million in debt and to help save money they want to drain all of the pools in the district, which means no swim team.

Not fair at all. Our team was doing so well and then all that we've worked for was crushed! They wont stop at the pools though, they will cut other sports. i just hope it doesnt get to the point where they cut the art department (i doubt they will because so many students are in those classes)

ugh this is frustrating. i came across some grants and fundraising opportunities that i will talk to mrs. meidel about and maybe even dr. torres. (my principle and superintendent of the u-46 district) so far i have my team backing me up and we are going to try our best.

if anyone has any ideas to help raise money it would be fantastic.
